《实用中医临证解要》
医者,意也。此“意”何解?就是“悟道”,如正午的太阳立于心中,洞然明白,意会而通达了。通达了什么呢?就是生命的真相。所谓“贪嗔痴慢疑”,最坏就是一个“疑”字。人为什么会疑惑呢?因为没有通达,缺乏信心,就疑惑了。通达了,就没有疑惑了,就能笑看风云,不被疾病所困,不为肉体的生命所束缚了。
唐代孙思邈说,“凡欲为大医,必须谙《素问》、《甲乙》、《黄帝针经》、明堂流注、十二经脉、三部九候、五脏六腑、表里孔穴、本草药对,张仲景、王叔和、阮河南、范东阳、张苗、靳邵等诸部经方,又须妙解阴阳禄命,诸家相法,及灼龟五兆、《周易》六壬,并须精熟,如此乃得为大医。”
万病总在阴阳上求,有余即火,不足即寒。阳化气,阴成形。保住一分阳气,就是保住一分生命。明白这个道理,则处方有据,吉凶可辨,生死可定。
岐伯对黄帝说,“五官已辨,阙庭必张,乃立明堂,明堂广大,蕃蔽见外,方壁高基,引垂居外,五色乃治,平博广大,寿中百岁。”
正常人的五官能很好地辨别颜色、气味、味道、声音等,他的眉间、额头必定开阔饱满。我们再来观察鼻子的情况。如果鼻子宽阔高大,脸颊两侧至耳门肌肉丰满凸起,下颚高厚,耳朵的周围肌肉方正,耳垂凸露于外,面部五色表现正常,五官宽阔高起,端正匀称,这样的人就能够活到一百岁。
